Building resilience in CTLs: Reflections on practice

چکیده

What are the qualities of “now” that make teaching and learning an urgent, if not a moral imperative? A group faculty, administrators, educational developers respond to this question with individual narratives bound together by common theme reflective practice in times crises help faculty become more resilient preparing for ongoing upheavals, unexpected crises, tide humanity pursuing inclusive communities. Our personal reflect on subjects flexibility face technology ethics, study abroad exposure ethical challenges, students’ growing anxiety mental health, modeling metacognition peers students, considerations pedagogy uncertain times. stories will be helpful center colleagues who work themselves as we operate crises.
